Today, a man believed to be between 25 and 35 years old was found wandering the streets in an exhausted and disoriented state. Notably, he carried no identification and was unable to provide any details about his residence or relatives.
According to witnesses, the man is approximately 170–175 cm tall, of average build, with short black hair, brown eyes, and a medium skin tone. At the time of discovery, he was wearing a gray jacket, white T-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers. He carried only a single key with a green plastic keychain — no wallet or mobile phone.
Authorities have placed him in a safe location where he is receiving basic medical care. Local officials and volunteers are urging the public to share information that could help identify him and reunite him with his family.
